Mark Mason

Mark Mason, BSc (Hons) MRICS CIAT is a Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience. He is a Director of Grumitt Wade Mason and one of the founding members.



Michael Barker

Michael Barker BSc MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor at Grumitt Wade Mason. Michael joined Grumitt Wade Mason in 2012. After becoming Chartered in 2017, Michael has progressed within the firm and took a Directors role in January 2023.



John Wade

A founder member of Grumitt Wade Mason, John is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Registered Valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).



Aurélie Tauziet

Aurélie is an ARB and RIBA chartered Architect and associate director of the company. She is also the manager of the conception team at Grumitt Wade Mason.

 

Robert Taylor

Robert joined Grumitt Wade Mason as an Architect in 2024.

Danny Sadler

Danny is a Chartered Architectural Technologist who has been part of the design team since early 2023. He graduated Solent University with first class honours in Architectural Design and Technology.



William Grumitt

William Grumitt, BA (Hons) BSc MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor and one of the founding members of Grumitt Wade Mason. Since his retirement last year, William has been working as a Consultant for the company.



Lyn Newman

Lyn is the Office Manager at Grumitt Wade Mason and joined the company in 2010.

Ffion Jones

Ffion provides administrative and secretarial support to the team at Grumitt Wade Mason and is usually the first person you will speak to when you contact the office.



Heather Thomas

Heather Thomas is an interior designer and architectural technician at Grumitt Wade Mason. Her experience in space planning and interior architecture enables her to bring out the best in every property, using the full range of drawing packages for home extensions and redesigns.

Natalie Cleeves, BA (Hons) MSc

Natalie Cleeves is an Assistant Building Surveyor and is on the pathway to become MRICS with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).



Marco Rummery

Marco is a Technical Designer with a strong background in home adaptations for accessibility. He works closely with clients and occupational therapists to assess project feasibility, develop practical solutions, and plan adaptations tailored to individual needs.

Declan Kennedy

I began my career as an apprentice carpenter at age 15 in 1975. In 1997, I joined Bouygues / SAUR UK, where I managed social housing projects for 4 years.

Nicolla Newsom

Nicolla has been consulting in the interior design for over 30 years with a breadth of knowledge and experience in all sectors. Working with clients from concept to completion, she is interested in the unique story each project inspires, resulting in bespoke made interiors that deliver successful outcomes.



Chanel Philips

Chanel joined Grumitt Wade Mason as a Technical Designer in September 2025 and has graduated from Middlesex University in BA Interior Architecture in 2019.
